The ride
The arena sits right on the downtown waterfront, which makes this the fastest cross-bay trip on the map: eight minutes from the beach docks, straight across, no lights and no garage-ramp line at the end.
The Kaseya Center end
Kaseya Center is Heat games, arena concerts, and everything loud downtown. Docking beside the arena district means you walk in while the cars that left the beach with you are still crossing the causeway.
When it matters
Tip-off and show nights are the worst possible time to drive off the beach. Twenty-five minutes is the optimistic number before parking. The water route doesn't know the game is on.
