Miami marina full of yachts with the downtown skyline behind

Busy between charters.

List your marina as a public Nava stop. Riders board and land at your docks all day. You set the hours and a per-trip dock fee, collected with the fare and settled to your bank.

Free to list. About five minutes. You set the hours and the fee.

How a public stop works

  1. Register on the web

Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.

  2. Set hours and your dock fee

Choose public. Set when boats may use the dock and, once your payout account is connected, the fee per pickup and drop-off. A person reviews the dock before it goes live.

  3. Riders come through all day

Boats board and land at your docks. Fees settle to your bank, and the partner dashboard lists every fee.

For riders and boaters

A clean pickup, a quick drop-off, fuel and a bar while they wait. Your marina becomes the hub riders route through.

For the marina

Foot traffic on weekdays and a fee on every routed trip, with no staffing and no ops. The ledger lives in the partner dashboard.

Tuesday, 11:20am, Dinner Key

The charter fleet is out until three and the transient slips are empty. A boat from Brickell lands two riders at your fuel dock; they walk up for coffee. Another boards from your dock for Key Biscayne. Neither took a slip. Both paid your dock fee.

Questions, answered.

What people running a marina ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.

How does the dock fee work?

You set a fee per pickup and per drop-off once your payout account is connected. It is collected with the rider's fare and settled to your bank through Finix, the payments platform Nava uses. The partner dashboard lists every fee.

Do Nava boats take slips?

No. A pickup or drop-off is a minute or two alongside, not dockage. Your slips stay available for the boats that pay for them.

Do I need staff on the dock?

No. Captains handle the approach, the lines, and the boarding. You tell us the hours the dock takes boats during review, and you can pause it any time from the partner dashboard.

What happens at the dock during a pickup?

A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.

When do we connect a bank account?

After launch, in the Nava Dock app. Nothing is needed to list the dock now.

Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?

Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
