A front door on the water.
Register your home dock as a private Nava stop. Licensed captains pick you and your guests up at your dock and bring you back. It never appears on the public map.
Free to list. About five minutes. Private to you and your guests.
How a private stop works
Register on the web
Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.
Keep it private and set the hours
Private stops never appear on the public map. Only people you give access to can book to your dock. A person reviews it before it goes live.
Ride from home
Request a boat in the app and it meets you at your dock. Guests arrive the same way, without a car in your driveway.
For you
Dinner on the river, the game downtown, a friend's dock across the bay. Step off your own dock and step off at the door. No garage, no causeway, and a captain drives home.
For your home
The dock stops being a weekend object. It becomes your pickup point and your guests' arrival, on your hours, invisible to everyone else. Nothing to pay, nothing to install.
Thursday, 7:10pm, Belle Meade
The causeway is red on the map. You lock the back door instead of the car, walk down to the dock, and the boat is already tied up alongside. A quarter of an hour later you are at the host stand on the river. On the way home the skyline does the work. The car never left the driveway.
Questions, answered.
What people running a home ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.
Who can use my dock?
Only you and the people you give access to. A private stop is not shown in the rider app, and every pickup at your dock is a trip that you or an invited guest requested.
What happens at the dock during a pickup?
A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Listing is free and private docks carry no fee. You are not running a business; you are giving your own dock a second job.
What kind of dock works?
A fixed or floating dock with room for a boat to come alongside for a minute. You tell us the longest boat it can take, and a person confirms the approach during review. Lifts and davits are fine as long as there is a clear face to tie to.
Do I have to be home for a pickup?
No. If you have given a guest access, they can request a boat to or from your dock on the hours you set, whether or not you are there.
Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?
Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
Put your dock on the map. Quietly.
Register in about five minutes. Private by default, on your hours, reviewed by a person before it goes live.
