Members ride. Boats earn.
List the club dock as a Nava stop so members and guests can book a private boat from it. Then put the boats that sit on weekdays to work as Nava vessels, with your own captains, through Nava Fleet.
Free to list. About five minutes. The fleet side is a separate application.
How it works
Register on the web
Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.
Choose who can book to it
Private for members and guests, or public on the rider map. Set the hours. A person reviews the dock before it goes live.
Put idle boats to work, separately
From launch, boats you list through Nava Fleet take dispatched trips between member reservations, with your captains and your schedule.
For members
A captain-driven ride to dinner or the beach on the nights they did not book a boat. The club dock is the departure and their guests' arrival.
For the club
Two lines from one dock: a stop on the network, and a fleet that earns between member reservations. The dock is free to list; the fleet is qualified separately.
Monday, 9:00am, the Miami River
Six of the club's boats would sit until Friday. Two go out as Nava vessels with club captains, running Brickell to the beach and back. At the dock, a member who did not book a boat this week steps aboard a third for lunch on the river.
Questions, answered.
What people running a club ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.
Does listing the dock cost anything?
No. Listing is free, and there is nothing to pay if Nava never brings someone to your dock.
How do our boats become Nava vessels?
Through Nava Fleet, a separate application: vessel registration, insurance, and USCG-licensed captains are reviewed before a boat takes trips. The dock listing does not depend on it.
Can we keep the dock members only?
Yes. Register it as a private stop and only members and guests with access can book to it. Open it to the public later from the dashboard if you want the traffic.
Do I need staff on the dock?
No. Captains handle the approach, the lines, and the boarding. You tell us the hours the dock takes boats during review, and you can pause it any time from the partner dashboard.
What happens at the dock during a pickup?
A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.
Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?
Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
Put the dock, and the fleet, to work.
Free to list, about five minutes, your hours. The fleet application runs on its own track.
