An arrival to remember.
Make your dock a Nava stop. Guests book a private boat to dinner, the game, or the beach from the property and come back the same way. The concierge desk gets a water entrance.
Free to list. About five minutes. You set the hours.
How a stop works
Register on the web
Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.
Choose who can book to it
Public puts the property on the rider map. Private keeps it for guests you give access to. Either way you set the hours and a person reviews the dock first.
Guests come and go by water
The guest requests a boat from the room. It meets them at your dock and brings them back on your hours.
For your guests
A boat from the hotel dock to Joe's, the arena, or South Beach, booked from the room. No taxi line, no causeway, and the skyline both ways.
For the property
A differentiator that costs nothing to list and needs no boat, captain, or staff. Stay reachable on event weekends when the roads around you lock. You control the hours.
Sunday, 5:30pm, Brickell Key
Checkout was at noon and the flight is at nine. A family of five books a boat from the hotel dock to Sunset Harbour for a last dinner on the water. The concierge walks them down. They are back at the dock at 7:40 with the bags already waiting in the lobby, and nobody rented a car.
Questions, answered.
What people running a hotel ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing is free, and there is nothing to pay if Nava never brings someone to your dock.
Can we keep the dock for hotel guests only?
Yes. Register it as a private stop and only guests you give access to can book to it. Or make it public and appear on the rider map as a destination. Tell us during review, or write to us any time after.
Do I need staff on the dock?
No. Captains handle the approach, the lines, and the boarding. You tell us the hours the dock takes boats during review, and you can pause it any time from the partner dashboard.
What happens at the dock during a pickup?
A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.
What happens on event weekends?
The bay does not close when the causeways lock. On Grand Prix, Art Basel, Ultra, and Boat Show weekends a dock is one more way in.
Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?
Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
Give the property a water entrance.
