Crowd with hands raised under stage lights at a live event

Roads lock. Boats move.

List your venue dock as a public Nava stop. On event nights the causeways lock and the bay keeps moving. Guests book private boats in and out, up to six at a time.

Free to list. About five minutes. You set the hours around doors and the encore.

How a public stop works

  1. Register on the web

Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.

  2. Choose public and set the hours

Your dock goes on the rider map as a destination. You set when boats may use it. A person reviews the approach before it goes live.

  3. Open the dock on show nights

Guests book boats to and from your dock on the hours you set around doors and the encore.

For your guests

Cross the bay while the lot crawls. Arrive before the opener, and leave before the exit queue has moved.

For the venue

One more entrance that does not touch a road. On Grand Prix, Art Basel, Ultra, and Boat Show weekends a dock is one more way in. Free to list; you control the hours.

Wednesday, 10:45pm, downtown

The encore ends and the garage ramp is a wall of brake lights. At the dock, boats are landing and leaving every few minutes. A group of six from Sunset Harbour is back on the beach side before the garage clears its first level.

Questions, answered.

What people running a venue ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.

Does it cost anything?

No. Listing is free, and there is nothing to pay if Nava never brings someone to your dock.

How many people can move through the dock?

Up to six per boat, with boats landing minutes apart on your hours. Guests book their own rides, so demand spreads across the network's captains rather than a single shuttle.

Do we need staff at the dock on event nights?

Captains handle the approach and boarding. An attendant to direct guests is your call, the same as at any entrance.

What happens at the dock during a pickup?

A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.

Can we close the dock for private events?

Yes. Tell us the event calendar during review, or pause the dock from the partner dashboard.

Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?

Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
