Dinner, dock to table.

Put your dock on the rider map as a public Nava stop. Guests book a private boat, skip the valet and the causeway, and step off at your host stand.

Free to list. About five minutes. You set the hours.

How a public stop works

  1. Register on the web

Verify your phone, enter the dock's address, and tell us the longest boat it can take. About five minutes.

  2. Choose public and set the hours

Your dock goes on the rider map as a destination. You set when boats may use it. A person reviews the approach before it goes live.

  3. Guests arrive by water

Your restaurant appears as a destination in the rider app. Boats arrive and depart on your hours; the host stand is the only lot they need.

For your guests

No valet line, no garage, no causeway at eight o'clock. They pull up, step off, and sit down. The ride is part of the night.

For the house

You become a pin riders can book to. Waterfront diners arrive together, on your hours, at the door. Free to list, nothing to staff, and a way to fill weeknights that does not touch a road.

Friday, 8:05pm, the Miami River

The bridge is up and the causeway is a parking lot. A boat with six guests slides up to your dock from Brickell, twelve minutes after they left the office. The host walks them straight to the table. Their car is still in the office garage, where it belongs.

Questions, answered.

What people running a restaurant ask before they register. Anything else, write to info@ridenava.com.

Does it cost anything?

No. Listing is free, and there is nothing to pay if Nava never brings someone to your dock.

Do I need staff on the dock?

No. Captains handle the approach, the lines, and the boarding. You tell us the hours the dock takes boats during review, and you can pause it any time from the partner dashboard.

We already have charter and valet-boat arrangements. Does this interfere?

The dock stays yours. You set the hours Nava boats may use it, and you can pause it for a private event or a busy service from the partner dashboard.

What happens at the dock during a pickup?

A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.

Can guests book a boat home from the restaurant?

Yes. A public stop works in both directions. Guests request the ride from their table and board at your dock.

Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?

Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
