Private stops never appear on the public map. Only people you give access to can book to your dock. A person reviews it before it goes live.

Residents request boats in the app. The building's dock is their pickup and their guests' arrival.

A line on the amenity sheet no gym renovation can match, with no equipment, staff, or fee. The association controls hours and access. Nothing to pay.

Twelve residents are going to the same concert. Two boats idle at the building's dock while the valet line on Biscayne Boulevard backs into the street. They board in lobby shoes, pass under the causeway, and step off at the arena's dock before the opener. The garage is still full when they get home.

Who controls access to the dock?
The association. A private stop never appears on the public map, and only residents and guests with access can request a boat to or from it. You set the hours during review and can pause the dock any time from the partner dashboard.
What happens at the dock during a pickup?
A USCG-licensed captain brings the boat alongside, handles the lines, and boards the guests. Captains and boat owners carry their own insurance. Before a dock goes live a person reviews its approach and the size of boat it can take.
What does it cost the association?
Nothing. Listing is free and private docks carry no fee. Residents pay for their own rides in the app like any other rider.
Can we make the dock public later?
Yes. Tell us during review, or write to info@ridenava.com any time after. A public stop appears on the rider map as a destination anyone can book to, on the hours you set. Most buildings stay private.
Who should register, the manager or the board?
Whoever is authorized to speak for the dock. Proof of authority is uploaded on the dashboard after signup, and the dock is held for review until a person clears it.
Nava has not launched yet. Why register now?
Docks are reviewed and mapped ahead of launch so they are live on day one. Your account is real the moment you verify your phone, and you sign into the partner dashboard with the same number. There is nothing to pay.
